As an Activity Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, organising, and delivering a wide range of engaging activities for children aged 7–15 at our international summer camp. /p /brpWorking closely with the Camp Director and activity team, you will lead daily activity sessions, support and guide Activity Assistants, and ensure a safe, fun, and inclusive environment at all times. /p /brpYou will also coordinate off-site excursions, including regular beach trips, and help ensure smooth daily operations across the camp programme. /p /brpThis role is adecuado for energetic, responsible individuals who enjoy working with children and are confident leading groups, delivering activities, and taking ownership of day-to-day camp life in a dynamic summer setting. /p /brh3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 /brh3Activity Planning Delivery /h3 /brul /brliPlan and deliver a diverse programme of engaging activities including sports, games, arts crafts, team challenges, and creative workshops. /li /brliEnsure activities are well-structured, inclusive, and appropriate for children aged 7–15. /li /brliAdapt sessions to suit group needs, energy levels, and weather conditions. /li /br /ul /brh3Leadership Team Coordination /h3 /brul /brliLead and support Activity Assistants in the delivery of daily sessions. /li /brliProvide clear instructions, supervision, and encouragement to junior staff. /li /brliWork closely with the Camp Director to ensure smooth programme delivery and daily organisation. /li /brliPromote a positive, enthusiastic, and professional team environment.
