The role oversees the design, implementation, and governance of infrastructure systems (Civil Architectural, Electrical, Safety, Utilities, Controls Instrumentation, HVAC). It drives major investments and new technologies. It also supports long‑term strategic initiatives, ensuring capacity readiness, regulatory compliance, automation alignment, and operational excellence in close partnership with Quality, Business Development, Technical Operations, and global stakeholders.brstrongThis role can be based in Barcelona (Spain), Ivrea (Italy), Saint‑Genis‑Pouilly (France), or Erlangen (Germany).br/strongstrongYour role:br/strongstrongEngineering Technical Leadershipbr/strongulliDefine and maintain engineering standards for SHS Radiopharma International facilities across all core disciplines (Civil, Architectural, Electrical, Safety, Utilities, Controls/Instrumentation, HVAC). /liliDevelop and implement asset strategies ensuring proper lifecycle management. /liliSupport the design and integration of new technologies across all facilities. /liliLead the implementation of harmonized automation strategies, including Environmental Monitoring Systems (EMS) and Building Management Systems (BMS). /liliSupport the deployment of tools and automation solutions aligned with the SHS network architecture. /liliEnsure full compliance with regulatory and quality requirements (GMP, Annex 1, etc.) and support quality escalations and corrective actions.br/li /ulstrongProject Investment Managementbr/strongulliLead the portfolio of major capital investment projects and new technology implementations from concept to execution.



/liliSupport CAPEX planning and financial control, including multi‑year roadmaps, annual forecasting, budget tracking, and variance analysis, ensuring alignment with site priorities, country strategies, and the overall SHS Radiopharma investment strategy. /liliDrive strategic investment programs such as blueprint deployment, Annex 1 compliance, and new technology rollouts, ensuring long‑term asset sustainability, regulatory compliance, and operational readiness across the network. /liliOversee project governance through the PMD process, ensuring proper scoping, initiation, and stakeholder alignment. /liliTake full accountability for project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, budget, and required quality standards. /liliParticipate in Project Status Review (PSR) meetings and implement corrective or preventive actions as needed. /liliProvide leadership with reporting on execution risks and opportunities.br/li /ulstrongTeam Leadership Resource Managementbr/strongulliLead and manage a team of Project Managers, including daily supervision, performance management, coaching, and career development. /liliEnsure optimal allocation and use of internal and external resources. /liliSupervise contractor engagement and approve external purchase orders. /liliEnsure continuous technical training and capability development within the team. /liliPromote knowledge transfer and best‑practice sharing across projects within the EU PMO structure.br/li /ulstrongStakeholder Cross‑Functional Collaborationbr/strongulliPartner closely with Quality, Business, and Operations teams to ensure facility capacity and readiness. /liliEnsure projects are executed in line with project management methodology, with appropriate SME involvement. /liliDrive effective stakeholder management and maintain strong cross‑functional communication.br/li /ulstrongThis role requires occasional travel across Europe, approximately one week per month.br/strongstrongYour expertise:br/strongulli5–10 years of experience managing mid‑scale, complex capital projects in a radiopharmaceutical or highly regulated GMP environment. /liliProven ability to deliver cross‑functional projects on time and within budget. /liliPMP or certification required. /liliStrong background in project financial management, including cost control, margin analysis, risk management, and change‑order oversight.
