ph3Job Description /h3 pAirbus Defence and Space is seeking an experienced IT- SAP ERP QM specialist to support and enhance our Quality Management processes within the SAP ERP environment. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure optimal system performance and user satisfaction. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAnalyze, design, and implement SAP QM solutions to meet business requirements, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules (PP, MM, SD, PM). /li liProvide expert support for existing SAP QM functionalities, including incident resolution, problem management, and performance optimization. /li liLead and participate in SAP QM projects, from requirements gathering and blueprinting to testing, go-live, and post-implementation support. /li liDevelop and maintain documentation for SAP QM processes, configurations, and user guides. /li liConduct user training and provide ongoing support to end-users on SAP QM functionalities. /li liCollaborate with business process owners to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative SAP QM solutions. /li liPerform system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the quality and integrity of implemented solutions. /li liStay up-to-date with the latest SAP QM technologies and best practices to continuously enhance the system capabilities. /li liEnsure compliance with internal IT policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements. /li /ul h3Skills /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field. /li liMinimum of 5 years of experience in SAP ERP QM module configuration, implementation,
