Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries related to reservations, cancellations, payments, and general booking assistance via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
- Provide clear and accurate information about Booking.com's services, policies, and promotions.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for reference and follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and resolve complex cases.




- Stay updated on Booking.com's offerings and travel industry trends to provide informed assistance.

- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in travel, hospitality, or e-commerce sectors.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer service software and booking platforms is desirable.
- Willingness to work adaptable hours, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
