Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service in Dutch across various channels including phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with order inquiries, returns, refunds, and account management related to e-commerce transactions.
- Work closely with internal teams such as logistics and sales to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
- Identify common challenges customers face and provide feedback to improve the customer experience and platform functionality.




- Stay up-to-date with the company’s products, policies, and promotions to provide accurate information.

- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service, especially within e-commerce, is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and e-commerce platforms is desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
