As a representative, you will assist Italian-speaking customers with inquiries, technical support, and product information related to high-end coffee machines.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries regarding high-end coffee machines, including product features, usage, and maintenance, via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to ensure customers enjoy a premium coffee experience.
- Assist customers with warranty, repairs, and order processing.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for efficient follow-up and record-keeping.




- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve product support and customer service processes.
- Stay updated on product developments and coffee industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance.

- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the electronics or premium appliance sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Technical aptitude and problem-solving skills related to high-end appliance support.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is desirable.
- Willingness to work versátil hours including weekends and holidays as required.
- Relocation to Greece is required for this position.
