Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking Spanish Speaking Social Media Content Moderators to join our team in Bulgaria. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and moderating social media content in Spanish to ensure compliance with community guidelines and company policies. Your efforts will help maintain a safe and positive online environment for the Spanish-speaking community.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and moderate social media content in Spanish, ensuring adherence to community standards and company policies.
- Respond professionally and promptly to user comments and messages in Spanish.
- Identify and escalate inappropriate or harmful content according to company protocols.
- Collaborate with social media and marketing teams to support content strategies and enhance community engagement.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, guidelines, and best practices in content moderation.





- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in social media moderation, community management, or related roles is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their content policies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive content professionally.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and sound judgment skills.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and basic computer literacy.
