The split of responsibilities is roughly 40% warehouse operations / 60% replenishment and reordering. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 pbWarehouse Management /b /p ul liOversee day-to-day operations at the Madrid warehouse, which will also serve as the logistics hub for Portugal /li liManage the relationship with the third-party logistics provider /li liEnsure efficient goods flow, storage standards, and inventory accuracy /li liLead, motivate, and develop a team of 5–7 people /li liDesign and implement replenishment processes and systems across the Iberian market /li liMonitor and optimize stock levels, rotation,
