high-quality execution, all with the goal of elevating the student experience. This role acts as the primary owner of event and selected short exchange program delivery, attending to student needs, coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines, and ensuring all components are aligned for successful implementation. /ppThe Coordinator works most closely with the following teammates to align vision and objectives for each project: /pulliAssociate Director: key Dual Degree student events (typically 6 per academic year (AY), for 50-70 students per event) and incoming short exchanges (4 per AY, 30-50 students per exchange week) /liliJunior Manager: incoming exchange student Welcome Days (2 per AY, for 20-80 students per event) /liliExecutive Director: student honors ceremonies (3 per AY for 100-200 students each) and community-building social events (4 per AY with capacities ranging from 50 students to 650 students) /li /ulpThe activities and projects on which the CPX Coordinator will work are as follows: /ppb1. Event Delivery to Different Groups of Students (Front Office) /b /pulliDeliver to different student audiences key CPX events/initiatives that form part of the student journey /liliConduct post-event feedback and follow-up with students and propose improvements and innovation /li /ulpb2. Short Exchange Programs (Front Office) /b /pulliCoordinate and deliver 4 incoming academic short exchange (week-long) programs to a total of approximately 120-200 students /liliServe as coordination point with partner schools, faculty, and student participants /liliLead delivery and post-program evaluation /li /ulpb3. Additional Responsibilities (Front Office) /b /pulliFirst line of response to general student queries about Dual Degrees, international exchanges, and other CPX initiatives /liliGuide students in specific Dual Degree processes,



in conjunction with the Associate Director /liliMaintain and update student guides and documentation /li /ulpb4. AI-First Process Innovation (Back Office benefitting Front Office) /b /pulliPropose practical, efficiency-driven improvements that will ultimately benefit the student experience /liliIdentify opportunities to streamline workflows using AI tools /liliUse AI to support communications, documentation, and feedback analysis /li /ulpbKey Performance Indicators (KPIs) /b /pulliEvent Delivery: On-time delivery (at least 95%), minimum student satisfaction score of 4,0/5,0 /liliShort Exchange Programs: 100% delivery success, minimum student satisfaction score of 4,0/5,0 /liliCoordination: Stakeholder alignment, low escalation rate, resulting positive qualitative student feedback /liliAI Innovation: Measurable automation, time saved that can be dedicated to students, and adoption of innovation (estimated reallocation of time as a result of AI innovations: 10%+) /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3pbTo thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: /b /pulliBachelor's Degree, Master's degree from a top university preferred. /liliFluency in English and Spanish required (frequent interactions with students, external providers, partner schools, and occasional presentations are required). /liliHigh level of Office (especially Excel) proficiency required. /liliFamiliarity with different AI tools, including Copilot. /liliProficiency in project management. /liliMinimum 3-5 years of work experience preferred, involving project coordination and client-/student-facing tasks; project management qualifications and experience are a plus. /liliCandidates must possess a valid EU work permit. /li /ulpUnleash your full potential and make an impact.
