Your mission will be to provide support in managing data, processes, and strategic programs within the area, ensuring that HR policies and practices are implemented effectively and aligned with the corporate culture. /p pbKey Responsibilities /b /p ul lipData Management: Support data management and perform administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the department. /p /li lipEmployee Handbook: Update the employee handbook by incorporating changes in policies and internal processes. /p /li lipInternal Communication: Organize effective communications and provide visibility to HR updates and projects. /p /li lipTraining: Collaborate in the implementation of the training plan, identification of training and development needs, and management and execution of training activities. /p /li lipTalent Management and Development: Assist in the annual talent review process. /p /li lipCompensation and Benefits:
