Drillers and field personnel. /p pBuild a positive culture focused on safety, accountability and teamwork. /p pManage multiple drilling projects from mobilisation through to completion. /p pCoordinate labour, equipment, plant and resources across the business. /p pDevelop drilling schedules and optimise fleet utilisation. /p pMonitor project performance, productivity and operational costs. /p pWork closely with the Workshop team to maximise equipment availability. /p pAssist with project planning, quotations, tenders and mobilisation strategies. /p pBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. /p pIdentify opportunities to improve systems, efficiency and profitability. /p pEnsure compliance with HSEQ systems, legislation and client requirements. /p pContribute to strategic planning and the continued growth of the business. /p h3About You /h3 pWe're looking for someone who enjoys leading people, solving problems and taking ownership. /p pYou will ideally have: /p pExtensive experience within the drilling industry. /p pProven leadership experience managing multiple crews or projects. /p pStrong operational planning and organisational skills. /p pExcellent communication and people management abilities.
