You will drive global trade management transformations within the Fulfillment team, shaping strategies and operating models to unlock value for clients. In a fast-paced, cross-cultural setting, you work on concept-to-implementation programs that improve transportation, logistics, warehousing, and distribution. You collaborate with client teams to realize measurable benefits and stay current with best practices. This hybrid role combines travel across Europe with the chance to influence large-scale transformations.

Responsabilidades




• 0-6 years of experience in management or strategic consulting or strategic projects in a corporate function
• Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills
• Analytical mindset with structured approach
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Self-management with timely, high-quality deliverables under limited supervision
• Optimally knowledge or experience in Global Trade Management (Customs Execution, Duty Management, Classification, Export Control)
• Experience with global transformations and/or digitalization initiatives
• Team-oriented, goal-driven, adaptable to multicultural environments
• Fluent in English; additional languages beneficial
