ppOmega CRM is a Merkle Dentsu company, leader in development of Customer Experience services, with +20 years of experience in the use of Technology applied to Marketing and providing a unique Customer Relationship with mainly focus on Innovation is looking for a Backend Developer (Node.js/TypeScript) /ph3Main Responsabilities /h3ulliRequirements analysis. /liliParticipate in the technical design of projects. /liliEstimate effort for projects. /liliWork collaboratively with the rest of the Omega team and/or the client to help achieve project objectives. /liliProvide support and resolve technical issues to ensure system security and performance. /liliCollaborate with technology providers when required by the project. /liliDocument processes and track system performance metrics. /liliValidate and test the technical solution against business requirements. /liliAdhere to the software quality standards agreed upon with Omega's Technical Management. /liliGenerate technical documentation for completed projects. /liliApply best practices and procedures to ensure projects are executed on time and with the highest quality. /li /ulh3Requirements Experience /h3ulliRole Experience: 3-4 years of proven experience in a similar Backend / Software Developer role. /liliBackend Expertise: Strong experience with Node.js and TypeScript, including the development of RESTful APIs and working with Express.js. /liliCommunication Consulting: Proven experience in client-facing roles, acting as a key point of contact to translate business requirements into technical solutions, while effectively collaborating with cross-functional technical teams. /liliDatabase Management: Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL (specifically in data modeling, database triggers, and functions). /liliCaching Performance: Hands-on experience using Redis for session management and caching. /liliBest Practices:
