Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead Deel’s integration initiatives, troubleshooting and consulting on our integration products to deliver seamless experiences for customers from SMBs to enterprises. You’ll guide external clients and internal teams through planning, execution, and testing of integrations, using a project-management approach. You’ll collaborate with product and success teams to address common challenges and build self-serve resources. This is your chance to shape how Deel’s platform connects across HRIS and ERP ecosystems at scale, supporting a diverse, global customer base.

• Serve as the main point of contact for Success and Onboarding on integrations and API issues
• Escalate unresolved customer integration and API questions
• Manage and troubleshoot integration issues with internal teams
• Oversee customer integration projects from planning to execution including requirements, strategy, and testing
• Develop tailored integration plans and schedules based on client needs
• Collaborate with Integrations and API Product team to address common challenges
• Maintain deep knowledge of Deel’s product suite and its integrations




• Create and update internal and external resources for self-serve integrations
• Communicate project status and issues with Onboarding Managers and CSMs
• Guide customers through integration, troubleshooting, and successful deployment

Responsabilidades
• 2-5 years in Technical Consulting, Implementation Project Management, or Support in a B2B SaaS environment
• Strong understanding of API integrations
• Proven project management skills with a proactive, action-oriented approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with senior client stakeholders and internal teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Experience with HRIS and ERP systems like QuickBooks, NetSuite, Workday and SAP
• Familiarity with SQL or other query languages is a plus
