You will lead strategic, cross‑functional projects while coordinating a team in Madrid, ensuring strong operational execution and alignment with business objectives. Given Fever’s growing global retail activity, you will focus heavily on merchandising operations — overseeing the full lifecycle from planning and forecasting to logistics, inventory management and sales performance. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Production, Marketing, Finance and Onsite teams, gaining a 360° view of how our events operate and shaping the way merchandising supports their success. /p h3What you’ll do /h3 ul liLead a high‑performing team, setting clear priorities, strengthening operational excellence and fostering collaboration across internal and external partners. /li liLead the end‑to‑end management of merchandising operations across a portfolio of partners and events, ensuring seamless planning, execution and operational alignment. /li liOversee strategic planning and financial governance, including forecasting, budgeting, PLs,
pricing frameworks and order strategies to ensure accuracy and operational rigor. /li liRedesign, optimise and automate merchandising processes, establishing scalable workflows for forecasting, inventory control, logistics, data management and reporting. /li liManage supply chain, logistics and inventory operations, ensuring visibility, accuracy and operational efficiency throughout the entire merchandise lifecycle. /li liDrive cross‑functional project management, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution and process consistency. /li /ul h3Who you are /h3 pYou are degree qualified, with a project‑management background. You thrive in a fast‑paced environment and pride yourself on a flexible, detail‑oriented, analytical and organised mindset. /p ul li3/4+ years of relevant experience (consulting, operations, analytics, supply chain, merchandising or similar) /li liExperience managing teams in a fast‑paced environment /li liPrevious experience in retail or merchandising is preferred, especially in areas such as forecasting, budgeting, inventory control or logistics. /li liExcel at cross‑functional coordination, with the ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and build strong working relationships internally and externally, including with partners. /li liFluent English and Spanish. Other languages are a plus! /li liStrong analytical and organisational skills, comfortable working with data, KPIs, PLs and operational dashboards. /li liSolution‑focused mindset, able to identify issues, redesign processes and drive structured, scalable improvements. /li liExcellent communication skills and a proven track record of influencing and aligning diverse teams.
