In this role you will lead end-to-end data quality governance for the SE Intel data platform, turning governance rules into actionable quality measures and dashboards. You’ll manage a cross-functional team to ensure trusted, timely data for strategic and operational use across 10,000+ users.

You will influence senior stakeholders and shape data quality practices across the enterprise while enabling AI-ready data capabilities. This is a growth-focused, impact-oriented opportunity at Schneider Electric’s digital hub in Barcelona/Bangalore.

- Define and own the end-to-end data quality framework for SE Intel
- Translate governance rules into concrete data quality use cases and KPIs
- Establish a single source of truth for 10,000+ business users and drive performance management
- Lead data quality monitoring rules and dashboards across data sources
- Prioritize backlog with product owners and stream leaders; participate in Agile ceremonies
- Ensure alignment with data quality guidelines and maturity models; adhere to security and performance standards
- Support integration of AI-ready data quality standards (GenAI, Text-to-SQL, Agentic Workflows)
- Lead root-cause analysis for data quality failures using structured methodologies (5-Why, fishbone)




- Drive preventive actions and closure validation; maintain action logs and trend analyses
- Directly manage a cross-functional team and collaborate with data offices, stream leaders and ExCom-level stakeholders
- Lead change management initiatives to promote DQ standards and processes across SE Intel
- Contribute to SE Intel transformation projects and ad-hoc improvement efforts
- Provide level-2 support for Data Objects in scope via Service Now

Responsabilidades

- Master's degree in a technical field
- Mandatory: experience in data quality, data governance, or data engineering with end-to-end implementation
- Advanced SQL skills
- Desirable: SAP SD data model and process knowledge, Salesforce, Tableau, Informatica Cloud, AWS/Redshift
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and Agile project management
- Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to engage ExCom and global teams
- Data governance certification a plus (e.g., DCAM)
- Experience with GenAI or AI product development in data quality contexts
