Experteer Overview
In this role you drive procurement strategy for HR services, marketing and professional services, partnering with category teams and internal stakeholders. You will manage supplier performance, conduct market analysis and negotiate agreements to optimize value. You’ll execute sourcing using eSourcing tools, qualify new suppliers, and support cost-out initiatives. You join a global, collaborative Corporate Procurement team shaping ABB’s strategic sourcing posture.

• Identify and qualify new suppliers in collaboration with internal stakeholders

Responsabilidades
• 5 years of procurement experience, preferably indirect services in HR, Marketing, or Professional Services
• Strong negotiation skills with a solution-oriented, analytical mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across seniority levels
• Team player who can also work independently
• Familiarity with legal/contractual terms and language
• Fluency in English
