In this role, you will support the analysis, integration, and post‑acquisition performance of newly acquired companies to align with Fever’s strategic priorities. /p h3What You'll Do /h3 ul liSupport the analysis of acquired companies to understand their business models, commercial performance, and growth drivers. /li liAssist in the definition and tracking of business plans for acquired entities, ensuring alignment with Fever’s strategic priorities. /li liHelp monitor post‑acquisition performance and identify potential opportunities for synergies, scalability, and improvement. /li liContribute to research and analysis for expansion and growth initiatives across markets and business lines. /li liAssist in the development and execution of integration plans across product, operations, commercial, marketing, and corporate functions. /li liSupport cross‑functional teams during integration processes to ensure alignment and smooth transitions. /li liHelp identify risks, dependencies, and operational challenges, escalating insights when needed. /li liContribute to documenting best practices and improving integration playbooks and processes. /li liSupport communication between acquired teams and internal departments to ensure alignment on goals and timelines. /li liCollaborate with different teams within Fever to help harmonize processes, tools, and ways of working. /li liPrepare analyses, presentations, and updates to support communication with senior stakeholders and leadership.
