This role is pivotal in delivering accurate reporting, driving performance through data‑driven insights, and taking full ownership of finance in a lean, dynamic environment. We are looking for someone structured and proactive, who can navigate complexity and deliver results. /p pJoin our team as soon as possible as bHead of Finance – Spain (m/f/d) /b. /p h3In this role, you will /h3 ul libOversee consistent and efficient financial reporting: /b Deliver monthly and annual financial statements within tight deadlines, in accordance with local standards and Sanoptis Group principles. Onboard new entities, aligning processes and controls to Sanoptis standards. /li libDefine and communicate insights actions:



/b Synthesize results into salient points and proactively identify and investigate deviations in financial and operational performance. /li libDevelop and own business forecasts: /b Produce accurate bottom‑up forecasts, aligned with Sanoptis' financial targets and business strategy. Collaborate closely with local operations to understand dynamics and develop plans that address challenges identify opportunities. /li libLeverage AI tools and systems in day‑to‑day finance work: /b Actively use AI tools (e.g. Claude) to streamline reporting, forecasting, and analysis. In collaboration with Group Finance, evaluate and adopt new systems to increase level of automation in financial reporting and analysis. /li libManage treasury and liquidity: /b Implement efficient structures to forecast and optimize cash balances across Spanish entities, working closely with Sanoptis' Group Treasury team. /li libManage external stakeholders: /b Work in a lean setup and build relationships with a range of collaborators, including external accountants, local operations teams, Sanoptis' shareholding doctors, and banks. /li /ul h3Your profile includes /h3 ul liAt least 8 years of progressive work experience in finance roles, with a strong background in Controlling or Financial Planning Analysis, ideally in a fast‑paced, PE‑backed buy‑and‑build environment. /li liPrevious experience in a leadership or senior role, comfortable working independently in a lean, small team environment. /li liDirect experience in the production or audit of financial statements.
