The role involves technical production, coordination with other disciplines, and participation in multiple project phases. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liTechnical Development /li liProduce architectural documentation for all project phases. /li liPerform advanced modelling in Autodesk Revit within collaborative BIM workflows. /li liDevelop drawings, construction details and technical specifications. /li liCoordination /li liCollaborate with MEP and CSA disciplines to ensure design integration. /li liAssist in model reviews, clash detection and technical follow‑up. /li liRegulatory Documentation /li liSupport the preparation of permit documentation under senior supervision. /li liEnsure compliance with regulations and project requirements. /li liConstruction Support (desirable) /li liProvide technical assistance during construction when required.
