you will gain hands‑on experience in the financial operations of a luxury hotel, supporting the team in daily accounting tasks, financial reporting, and process optimization. This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical knowledge in hospitality finance while working alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic and high‑standard environment. /p h3What you will do /h3 ul liVerify and record supplier invoices in the hotel’s accounting system. /li liEnsure invoices are complete, accurate, and approved by the relevant departments. /li liAssist in scheduling payments to suppliers, ensuring deadlines are met. /li liFollow up to resolve any discrepancies in payments or invoices. /li liSupport the reconciliation of bank accounts and accounts payable status. /li liOrganize and file documents related to payments and invoices in an orderly and accessible manner for future audits. /li liContact suppliers to clarify any doubts regarding invoices, payments, or contract terms. /li liAssist in preparing reports related to accounts payable and cash flow. /li liEnsure that all transactions are carried out in accordance with the hotel's policies and procedures.
