The role is responsible for coordinating recruitment activities, supporting managers and employees with day-to-day HR enquiries, managing HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle, and ensuring HR systems and processes are maintained accurately and compliantly. /p pThe People Advisor acts as a first point of contact for routine HR matters, providing guidance on policies and procedures whilst escalating more complex employee relations or legal matters to the People Culture Manager. The role combines operational HR support with recruitment coordination and offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further develop their HR career. /p pThis is a full-time role working 39 hours per week, based at our Alhama de Murcia Campus. /p h3Role Duties /h3 h3Recruitment Talent Acquisition /h3 ul liCoordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including drafting and posting adverts, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications. /li liWork closely with hiring managers to support workforce planning and recruitment needs. /li liCoordinate work experience placements, internships, and talent attraction initiatives. /li liMaintain recruitment records and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. /li /ul h3Employee Lifecycle Administration /h3 ul liManage onboarding and induction processes, including preparing offer letters, contracts, pre-employment checks, and new starter documentation.
/li liProvide administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle, including contractual changes, probation reviews, family-friendly leave administration, and offboarding processes. /li liConduct exit interviews and compile feedback and trends for review. /li liPrepare employment references and routine HR correspondence. /li /ul h3HR Operations Systems /h3 ul liMaintain accurate employee records and data within the HR Information System (HiBob). /li liSupport payroll processes by preparing and submitting accurate employee data, including new starters, leavers, contractual changes, and absence information. /li liMonitor HR compliance requirements and ensure personnel records are up to date. /li liProduce HR reports and metrics as required. /li /ul h3HR Support Employee Experience /h3 ul liAct as the first point of contact for routine HR queries from managers and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practice. /li liSupport managers with absence management, probation reviews, and day-to-day people matters. /li liProvide administrative support for employee relations cases, including note-taking, meeting coordination, and documentation preparation. /li liSupport employee engagement, wellbeing, and recognition initiatives. /li liAssist with HR projects, policy updates, and continuous improvement initiatives. /li /ul pbOUR CULTURE /bbr/At Leading Edge Aviation, our Vision, Mission and Values guide everything that we do. /p h3Core Competencies /h3 ul liAt least 2 years previous experience in an HR. /li liCIPD Level 3 qualified or working towards qualification. /li liExperience using HiBob or other HR Information Systems. /li liKnowledge of Spanish employment practices or experience supporting international teams. /li liGood understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle administration. /li liExcellent attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy. /li liAbility to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. /li liStrong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills. /li liConfident user of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and HR systems. /li liAbility to build positive working relationships with employees and managers at all levels. /li liProactive and solutions-focused approach. /li liResilient Calm under pressure /li liFluent in both Spanish English /li liDriving licence and access to own vehicle /li /ul pbOther requirements: /b /p ul liStrong IT and systems skills. /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills with a positive and enthusiastic outlook. /li liDemonstrable alignment with the company’s core values in attitude, conduct, and work ethic. /li /ul pWe know a great team member is more than a checklist.
