You'll work closely with stakeholders to optimize procurement workflows, ensure data integrity, and contribute to AXA’s sustainability commitments—all while developing your project management skills in a collaborative, international setting. /p h3Main Activities Responsibilities: /h3 h31. Procurement Transformation Tool Adoption /h3 ul liDeliver training sessions to boost usage of procurement tools like Contract System and COUPA, aligning with transformation objectives. /li liAct as the primary contact for local and central procurement teams regarding system issues and user support. /li liMonitor tool usage monthly, identify gaps, and communicate insights and updates to stakeholders. /li liCollaborate as Key Business User (KBU) for COUPA P2P in CLP (Protection) and France, working closely with the Global Procure to Pay team and managing project and BAU activities. /li /ul h32. Procurement Process Training /h3 ul liDevelop and deliver comprehensive end-to-end procurement process training, including policies on delegated procurement and SOPs. /li liMaintain and update training materials and process documentation, ensuring accessibility via SharePoint. /li /ul h33. Data Quality Vendor Management /h3 ul liLead data cleansing initiatives, including user recertification, entity alignment, and contract approval tracking.



/li liReview and deactivate obsolete vendors in COUPA; streamline onboarding to reduce approval times and improve TTM. /li liCollaborate with contract owners to address data gaps, especially for ROI submissions and compliance. /li /ul h34. Sustainability Initiatives /h3 ul liSupport AXA Partners’ EcoVadis rating submissions, CO2 emissions planning, and ensure vendor data aligns with sustainability policies. /li liAssist in vendor classification for DI spend and sustainability transition efforts. /li /ul h35. Development Project Management /h3 ul liComplete project management training and apply these skills to procurement projects. /li liMaintain clear, proactive communication with the procurement community across regions and functions. /li /ul h3What you’ll bring: /h3 pPassion for procurement transformation and process excellence. /p pStrong interpersonal skills to foster stakeholder collaboration. /p pEnthusiasm for sustainability and data integrity. /p pA proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement. /p h3Technical/Functional Knowledge Skills: /h3 ul liProven experience in procurement transformation, process improvement, or supplier management. /li liStrong knowledge of procurement tools such as Coupa and CLM, with an interest in AI initiatives to streamline processes. /li liExcellent project management and communication skills. /li liExpertise in data management and cleansing. /li liAbility to collaborate effectively across regions and functions. /li liProactive problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
