Experteer Overview
In this backend-focused role, you will help build and scale Deel’s APIs and services used by global customers. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to design robust features, optimize performance, and ensure a customer-centric engineering approach. This position offers the chance to impact how teams hire and pay workers across 150+ countries, at a fast-growing, globally distributed company. You’ll solve complex problems in a remote-first environment and contribute to a mission-driven platform that underpins the future of work.

Responsabilidades
• Node.js, TypeScript/JavaScript proficiency
• Experience with at least one other server-side language
• SQL expertise with PostgreSQL, query optimization, migrations, data modeling
• Strong understanding of OOP and design patterns
• Designing scalable systems to handle high growth and load
• API development with input validation, JWT, and secure, scalable queue-based architectures
• At least 4 years of experience as a Software Engineer
