ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liUnderstand business and functional requirements for ServiceNow. /li liCollaborate with stakeholders, developers, functional teams, Support Squad, Product and Business Owners. /li liCreate test strategies, plans, and cases for various modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, Asset Management, etc. /li liDefine test scenarios for workflows, integrations, and customizations. /li liPerform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing. /li liGenerate testing reports and maintain test documentation. /li liValidate ServiceNow modules, custom scripts, and APIs. /li liTest upgrades and patches to ensure smooth platform updates. /li liIdentify, document, and track defects and work closely with developers to ensure they are resolved. /li liAssess readiness to deploy each release. /li liCreate complex reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.



/li liTake ownership and follow up closely on assigned projects, ensuring targets are met. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in IT/IT related fields or equal by experience. /li li3-5 years of experience in QA/Testing roles, particularly with ServiceNow Projects. /li liExcellent analytical, communication and problem‑solving skills. /li liExperience working in Agile squads. /li liWorking in an international environment is considered a plus. /li liAttention to detail for identifying and documenting bugs. /li liITIL framework understanding and experience in ITSM processes and workflows. /li liBeing a team player and adaptable. /li liExcellent English communication skills (verbal and written). /li liProactive and can‑do attitude. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
