Experteer Overview
In this role, you support the EU CF Process Paths by driving process standardization and continuous improvement across the EU Customer Fulfillment Network. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize layout, flow, and staffing, delivering cost-efficient, scalable improvements. You will travel to BIC sites to capture best practices and validate standards, influencing stakeholders to achieve network-wide process excellence. This is a hands-on, impact-focused position at scale within a fast-growing, customer-obsessed organization.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor
• Experience in operations management of fulfillment or distribution centers
