Responsibilities

- Act as the strategic tech authority linking Barcelona with global headquarters.

- Lead and develop a specialized team: Salesforce architects, Power BI lead, and NetSuite expert.

- Define, evolve, and execute the local tech vision and roadmap.

- Drive digital transformation: from platform selection to rollout.

- Assess risks and govern the adoption of new AI, cloud, and data platforms.

- Build lasting relationships with C -suite, business leaders,



and technical stakeholders at both local and global levels.

- Champion a culture of change, innovation, and relentless improvement.

- Lead talent development and identify future team growth areas (security, web, AI).


Profile requirements

- 5+ years in hands -on, high -impact tech leadership roles within multinational environments.

- Advanced expertise with Salesforce and NetSuite.

- Demonstrated experience with cloud platform management, data strategy, and AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Claudia, GPT).

- Proven record of leading technical teams and managing complex stakeholders.

- Strategic mind with tactical execution: you turn business needs into technical reality.

- Exceptional communication, assertiveness, and strong influencing ability.

- Background in digital transformation, governance, risk management, and continuous change.

- Fluent English—minimum C1 level.
