Reporting to the Head of Security Strategy Governance, you partner with the Information Security Technology department to ensure secure operations, support colleagues with expert advice, and drive cloud security initiatives across the organisation. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliAct as the cloud security SME, providing guidance on cloud technologies, architecture decisions, threat modelling, vulnerability assessments, risk acceptance and remediation plans. /liliDefine, implement and review secure configuration baselines for cloud services, including policies, guardrails and security settings aligned to best practices. /liliImplement, maintain and improve our cloud‑based identity and access controls (least privilege, conditional access, privileged access, etc.). /liliImplement, maintain and improve our cloud‑based device management platforms. /liliProvide advice and support to the Global IT organization for security or IT incidents, troubleshooting and problem solving for cloud‑related topics. /liliContribute to cloud‑related security governance, including automation, artificial intelligence and infrastructure‑as‑code. /liliContribute to our internal security awareness programme when needed. /liliReview designs,



projects and roadmaps to align with our internal security strategy and best practice. /liliPartner with cross‑functional teams to design and deliver secure cloud solutions. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliDegree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). /lili3+ years of experience in cloud security or cloud engineering with a strong security focus, or a similar role. /liliHands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure M365 and modern device management (e.g. Intune) in an enterprise setting. /liliHands‑on experience with cloud identity platforms and IAM best practices (e.g. Entra ID/Azure AD, Okta, conditional access, privileged access, MFA). /liliAbility to apply security‑by‑design principles in solution delivery (e.g. threat modelling, design reviews, Zero‑Trust controls). /liliTroubleshooting and analytical skills. /liliStrong organisational skills; able to manage multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced, international environment. /liliAbility to write documentation and present IT Security topics in layman’s terms. /liliContinuous‑learning mindset; stays current on emerging threats and technologies. /liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English. /li /ulh3Equal Opportunity Employment /h3pWe are a Equal Opportunity Employer.
