Experteer Overview
In this role you will drive end-to-end recruitment for a range of roles, prioritizing non-tech positions while occasionally supporting tech and product. You’ll partner with hiring managers across international teams to build a strong candidate pipeline and deliver a smooth 5-star interview and offer experience. You will shape sourcing strategies, refine processes, and champion Freenow’s mission and values throughout the hiring journey. Responsabilidades
• Proven experience in full life-cycle recruiting in-house or agency
• Strong networking and relationship-building with hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional teams
• Experience with diverse sourcing methods and tools
• Ability to take initiative and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong prioritization and multitasking skills
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse) is beneficial
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
