We are looking for a Senior Legal Councel expert in Corporate to join our Impress Legal Team

The ideal candidate will have experience in consumer-facing companies within the healthcare or medical device sector, and a strong background in consumer law, regulatory compliance, litigation, and corporate law. This role combines hands‑on legal work with cross‑departmental collaboration, supporting business operations across multiple jurisdictions and helping to ensure the company’s compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Your Responsibilities Include

- Support financing rounds.

- Data processing, IT, real estate.

- Coordinate external counsel abroad.

Corporate & Transactional

-

- Lead M&A; due diligence.

- Draft SPAs, SHAs, term sheets.

- Support financing rounds.

- Manage cap table legal docs.

- Coordinate investor negotiations.

Contracts & Commercial

-

- Draft and negotiate key contracts.

- Data processing, IT, real estate.

- Maintain templates across jurisdictions.

Cross-Functional Advice

- Advise finance, expansion, ops teams.

- Support deal‑related legal questions.

- Coordinate external counsel abroad.

Regulatory & Compliance

- Monitor healthcare, GDPR, consumer law.

- Guide labelling and marketing compliance.

- Run risk assessments for deals.

Corporate Governance

-

- Prepare board minutes, resolutions.

- Support governance across entities.

- Manage post‑close integration docs.

Litigation & Disputes

-

- Coordinate claims and proceedings.

- Liaise with external law firms.

Expansion & New Markets

-

- Structure new‑market legal entry.

- Draft jurisdiction risk reports.

- Support M&A;‑driven expansion deals.

Requirements

- Full professional English proficiency;

- A qualified lawyer with 3+ years of experience in lawyer firms.

- Experience in a consulting firm or a fast‑growing in‑house corporation.
