ph3About the Role /h3 pWe are looking for a bJunior Data Research Associate /b who will help us ensure that we have the most accurate ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) data, in order to provide the most reliable sustainability impact measurements. /p pThe role provides an opportunity to join a dynamic, talented, diverse and young company, as well as be part of the team that leads data acquisition – one of the foundations of our value proposition. /p h3What You’ll Be Doing /h3 ul liCollecting, verifying, and processing sustainability data sourced from various financial, exchange, and government regulator websites and official reports. /li liAssisting in data collection projects through data analysis, quality assurance and data monitoring. /li liConducting frequent research on ESG reporting standards and assisting in the development of methodologies for the collection of best‑in‑class data. /li liMentoring and training external contractors and internal team on ESG indicators and sustainability frameworks. /li liPerforming ad hoc team projects as needed. /li /ul pThe role is based in Madrid, Spain. /p pWay of Working: Remote / Hybrid. /p h3What You’ll Need /h3 ul liHighly motivated, independent, proactive and deeply passionate about sustainability and impact. /li liIntermediate knowledge of MS Excel, database applications, and BI tools (e.g., Quicksight). /li liStrong analytical, organizational, problem‑solving skills, with clear attention to detail to work with complex data sets.
