ph3Position Overview /h3 pLaunch and operate the DACH market operations for REVER, onboarding and supporting e-commerce brands in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. /p pYou'll tackle the challenge of solving the massive €20B+ returns problem for e-commerce companies in Germany, where return rates range from 40–60% in fashion and footwear. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLaunch the country operations for the DACH market. /li liOnboard the first brands by managing a variety of external stakeholders, including logistics carriers, fulfilment players, and e-commerce experts. /li liExceed client expectations by helping them with technical integrations with their carriers, warehouses, ERP, and CMS systems. /li liWork at the intersection between our customers, our GTM and product teams. /li liManage brand relationships and support them in their experience with REVER. /li liUse your firsthand experience of our day-to-day operations to contribute to product development. /li liEngage in strategic discussions to drive our operational excellence. /li liBring analytical insights on how to help brands achieve their goals. /li liSurpass performance goals and thrive in our ambitious team environment, seizing opportunities for personal and company-wide growth.
