ph3Job Purpose /h3 pThe Power BI Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions that transform raw data into meaningful insights. This role partners with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analysts to deliver interactive dashboards, reports, and data models that support data-driven decision-making across the organization. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models aligned with business requirements. /li liGather, analyze, and translate business needs into technical BI solutions. /li liBuild efficient data models using Power BI, DAX, and Power Query (M). /li liConnect, transform, and integrate data from multiple sources (e.g., SQL databases, data warehouses APIs, Excel, cloud platforms). /li liOptimize report performance, data refresh schedules, and model efficiency. /li liEnsure data accuracy, consistency, security, and governance across BI solutions. /li liImplement row-level security (RLS) and follow best practices for access control. /li liCollaborate with data engineers on data pipelines, data quality, and warehouse design. /li liProvide documentation, training, and support to end users. /li liStay current with Power BI features, industry trends, and BI best practices. /li /ul h3Knowledge /h3 ul liStrong understanding of business intelligence concepts, data warehousing, and analytics. /li liIn-depth knowledge of Power BI architecture, including datasets, reports, dashboards, and workspaces. /li liSolid understanding of relational databases, star/snowflake schemas, and data modeling principles. /li liKnowledge of data governance, data quality, and security best practices. /li liFamiliarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure Synapse, Azure SQL, SnowFlake or similar).
