In this role you will strengthen AXA Group Operations' security operations by advancing SOC analytics and SIEM content. You will mentor junior analysts, drive risk-informed security measures, and collaborate with global teams to improve intrusion detection and incident response. You’ll handle high-severity incidents on-call and communicate findings to stakeholders. Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Improve SOC analytics and ensure effective SIEM content (filters, rules, expressions) within the SOC
• Mentor First Level Security Analysts and guide SOC processes
• Provide data analysis for SOC operations and customer-facing security actions
• Perform and maintain SOC-related analytical processes and tasks




• Collaborate with other Information Security teams to enhance intrusion detection and incident response
• Autonomously handle high-severity incidents during on-call rotations
• Communicate findings and report to SOC stakeholders and customers
• Maintain and enhance technical capabilities through professional development and certifications

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Computer Science (or Engineering/Information Technology) or equivalent experience
• 3–5 years in security operations or incident response
• u003e3 years in information security domain
• u003e3 years in security analysis and SIEM content development
• Experience in a global organization
