We’re looking for a sharp, commercially minded Regulatory Compliance Manager to oversee the regulatory frameworks powering our rapidly expanding lifestyle ecosystem—including features like Shops, Stays, and our flagship loyalty program, RevPoints. What you’ll be doing

As a crucial piece of our second line of defense (2LoD), you will champion compliance across our lifestyle products and ensure amazing customer outcomes. Your day-to-day will involve:

- Ecosystem Oversight: Providing comprehensive compliance oversight on obligations, complaints, and related operational controls for non-financial products.

- 1LoD Partnership: Reviewing 1LoD compliance approvals for lifestyle and loyalty initiatives, providing targeted, high-impact feedback.

- Policy Engineering: Challenging, assessing, and implementing robust compliance and marketing policies completely from scratch.

- Root-Cause Analysis: Diving deep into customer complaints and data to uncover trends, fixing structural issues to drive better user experiences.





- Regulatory Mapping & Scanning: Ensuring high-quality regulatory mapping across jurisdictions and tracking general horizon scanning to capture shifting guidelines.

- Training & Upskilling: Setting up and executing a robust, company-wide training and competency program tailored to non-financial regulations.

What you’ll need to succeed

We are looking for a creative, analytical compliance expert who understands that lifestyle product growth and strong regulatory boundaries go hand-in-hand.

- The Experience: 7+ years in a regulatory compliance role within a consultancy, financial regulator, or fast-paced compliance function.

- The Domain Expertise: Deep expertise in regulations surrounding non-financial services, retail rewards, and advertising standards—specifically ASA CAP Code and TeleCo regulations.

- The Toolkit: Proven experience conducting thorough regulatory gap analyses and designing/implementing institutional policies from the ground up.

- Risk Integration: A solid, practical understanding of the interplay between core compliance risks and commercial business drivers.

- Execution Skills: The ability to perform exceptionally well under pressure, manage multiple priority projects concurrently, and hit tight deadlines.

- Communication: Highly polished interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate positively, influence internal product teams, and engage effectively with regulators.

- Education & Languages: A university degree in STEM, Business, or Finance. Fluency in English is required. xcskxlj
