As Plant HR Manager at Clarios, you will lead the HR function for two manufacturing sites in Spain, guiding ~550 employees and aligning regional HR strategy with local execution. You will act as the primary HR partner to the Plant Manager, shaping people, culture, and organizational effectiveness in a growth context. You’ll drive workforce planning, talent development, payroll governance, and employee relations while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role offers the opportunity to influence leadership culture, drive HR digitalization, and contribute to sustainable performance.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Represent the EMEA HR function at plant level and align with regional strategy
• Oversee all HR processes on site, including recruitment, payroll, labour law compliance, and HR administration
• Develop and lead the local HR team and strengthen the HR business partner model for the Plant Manager
• Design and implement a future-oriented HR agenda focused on growth, organizational development, and leadership culture
• Collaborate with Works Council to ensure compliant and constructive labor relations




• Govern payroll processes and ensure discipline and managerial accountability in production
• Enhance compensation, benefits, and performance management systems
• Support employee engagement, company culture, and internal communications
• Engage in cross-functional, international HR projects (HR digitalization, process efficiency, leadership development)

Responsabilidades
• University degree in HR, Law, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
• Extensive HR leadership experience in industrial production, preferably automotive
• Strong knowledge of labor law and practical application
• Track record in transformation/change initiatives and scaling HR in growing organizations
• Experience with Works Councils and labor law matters
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and on-shopfloor credibility
• Ability to manage operational HR processes while maintaining strategic focus
