The role is client‑facing, bridging emerging AI capabilities with real‑world enterprise outcomes by designing tailored solutions, leading discovery workshops, delivering compelling demos, and producing actionable project estimates and roadmaps. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor to senior stakeholders while remaining hands‑on in prototyping, building proof‑of‑concepts, and guiding modernization teams. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead client discovery sessions and AI readiness assessments to surface high‑impact use cases. /li liTranslate ambiguous business requirements into structured technical architectures and implementation roadmaps. /li liAct as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, guiding strategic Agentic AI adoption decisions. /li liFacilitate workshops, design sessions, and architecture reviews with cross‑functional teams. /li liDevelop and maintain reusable solution frameworks, playbooks, and reference architectures. /li liBuild and maintain proof‑of‑concepts and reference implementations that demonstrate business value. /li liDefine integration patterns for connecting AI agents to enterprise systems (CRMs, ERPs, APIs, data lakes). /li liCreate and deliver live, interactive demos of agentic AI capabilities tailored to specific client contexts and verticals using the Kyndryl Agentic Framework (KAF). /li liDesign and present compelling solution narratives—from executive briefings to technical deep dives.



/li liDevelop demo environments, sandbox prototypes, and reusable demo assets that showcase differentiated value. /li liProduce detailed project estimates covering effort, cost, risk, timeline, and team composition leveraging Kyndryl’s solution calculator and other tools. /li liDevelop Statements of Work (SOWs), Requests for Proposal (RFP) responses, and technical proposal sections. /li liDefine MVP scopes and phased delivery plans aligned to client budget and business priorities. /li liCollaborate with sales, consulting, and legal teams to structure technically sound, deliverable engagements. /li liOwn technical due diligence for new opportunities and validate feasibility of proposed solutions. /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liFluency in Spanish and English. Additional languages are a plus. /li li8–10+ years of experience in solution architecture, software engineering, or technical consulting. /li li2+ years hands‑on experience building LLM‑powered or agentic AI applications in production. /li liProven track record in a client‑facing advisory or pre‑sales architecture role. /li liDeep expertise with at least one agentic framework: LangChain/LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent.



/li liStrong proficiency in Python; comfort with TypeScript/Node.js is a plus. /li liExperience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector, Chroma) and embedding pipelines. /li liDemonstrated ability to scope and estimate complex Agentic AI projects from discovery inputs. /li liExceptional written and verbal communication—equally effective with engineers and executives. /li liExperience delivering live technical demos to client audiences of varying technical depth. /li liFamiliarity with responsible AI principles, data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and enterprise security requirements. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience in a management consulting or professional services firm. /li liBackground in one or more verticals: Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail/CPG, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, or the Public Sector. /li liCertifications: AWS/Azure/GCP Solutions Architect, Google PDE, or equivalent. /li liExposure to enterprise AI governance frameworks and AI risk management. /li /ul h3Equal Opportunity /h3 pKyndryl is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
