You will focus on contract renewals, retention and upsell for B2B clients, and manage a diverse customer portfolio.The role requires Spanish at C2 level and fluent English, with the ability to travel within Barcelona for on-site visits. You will onboard new clients, configure accounts, provide onboarding and training, and support the Controlling team with cancellations and payments.
