This role focuses on managing existing business relationships and developing new opportunities fordistribution chemicalsandOmya minerals . The adecuado candidate will have a strong commercial mindset, technical understanding of paint applications, and a passion for customer success.Key Responsibilities:Account Management:Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers in the paints industry.Business Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting new clients and expanding product penetration.Sales Strategy:Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with company objectives.Product Promotion:Promotechemical additives and minerals, providing technical and commercial support.Market Intelligence:Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategy.Collaboration:Work closely with internal teams (technical service, supply chain, marketing) to ensure customer satisfaction.Reporting:Provide regular updates on sales performance,
