The role & responsibilities

We’re looking for a

Technical Lead

to join our Technology Hub in Madrid. Someone who combines

strong engineering expertise with leadership

, and thrives in a fast-moving, high-impact environment.

You’ll lead a team of talented engineers, drive

modern architecture decisions

, and help shape our platforms in the

AI era .

Your main responsibilities will be:

Define and drive

scalable technical solutions

across our ecosystem

Lead architecture decisions across

cloud, SaaS, and on-prem solutions

Ensure best practices across

engineering, testing, security, and integration

Own and improve

non-functional requirements

(performance, reliability, scalability)

Lead the adoption of

AI in the Software Development Lifecycle

Collaborate with international teams across

Europe & South America

Coach and mentor engineers to deliver high-quality software.

What you bring

At least

4 years in software development

At least

2 years in a technical lead

or similar position

Deep knowledge of

Java in distributed environments

Expertise in

relational and non-relational databases

(Oracle, MySQL, Sybase, Mongo, etc)

Experience with

microservices architectures

Knowledge of

container orchestration

: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, etc

Expertise in Kafka

Hands‑on mindset in a

DevOps culture

Strong communication skills





and ability to align tech & business

Leadership skills

and ability to coach others

A very

proactive mindset
