You will work directly with clients across Europe and beyond to understand pain points and help them maximize our video, analysis, and sharing tools.You will communicate clearly via calls, video conferences, and emails while diagnosing and solving technical issues. Fluency in English and French is required, with flexibility to work weekends and three days per week from the Barcelona office.
