They are looking for a hands-on digital leader to deploy Odoo, accelerate automation and turn AI into measurable business results across the group.

This is not a purely strategic CTO role. You will define the roadmap and help build the solutions.

? Your mission

Build a coherent, scalable and cost-effective digital ecosystem across the portfolio.

Your first priority will be the implementation and optimisation of Odoo. You will also use AI, automation and integrations to simplify processes, reduce manual work and improve decision-making.

What you will do

- Lead Odoo implementations across several companies
- Translate business needs into pragmatic ERP solutions
- Design and deploy AI-powered workflows, agents and internal tools
- Connect Odoo, Microsoft 365 and other business applications
- Improve architecture, cybersecurity, infrastructure and data management
- Rationalise tools and technology costs




- Select and manage external technology partners
- Coach local teams and increase their digital autonomy

Who we are looking for

An entrepreneurial technology builder who can discuss strategy with a CEO and then prototype, configure or test a solution.

You do not simply recommend tools. You make them work.

You bring

- 5–10 years of experience in ERP, automation, software or IT leadership
- Practical experience with Odoo or similar ERP systems
- Hands-on experience deploying AI and automation solutions
- Broad knowledge of architecture, integrations, infrastructure, cybersecurity and data
- Experience in SMEs or decentralised organisations
- Strong French and English; Dutch is an asset
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience
