The Opportunity:

We are not looking for traditional ticket-closers. We want an Application Support Engineer II with a developer's mindset and a passion for AI-driven efficiency—someone who looks at a Tier-2 bug and wants to read the source code to find out why it broke. Based in our vibrant Valencia hub, you will act as the crucial technical bridge between our internal operations and core Engineering squads.

️ What You’ll Do (Code, Debug & Automate)

- Deep-Dive Troubleshooting: Don't just route issues; open the hood.



Triage and resolve Tier-2 internal application bugs by analyzing code behavior, system logs, and data flows.

- Bridge to Core Engineering: Work hand-in-hand with core backend/frontend squads. You'll isolate Tier-3 bugs, assist in database structural changes, and deploy toolsets that keep our integral platform stable.

- AI & Automation First: We hate repetitive tasks. You will lean on your tech curiosity and AI-driven tools (like AI coding assistants and LLMs) to automate workflows, build scripts, and optimize our support infrastructure.

- Architect Documentation: Translate complex system behaviors into clean, technical documentation for Tier-1 teams and internal alignment.
