Combining tradition, exclusivity and a strong commitment to excellence, the organisation offers a sophisticated hospitality experience across multiple dining venues, private events and premium guest services.Job DescriptionKey responsibilities include:- Leading the overall operational performance of the resort and ensuring exceptional service delivery.- Managing and developing a multidisciplinary team across hospitality, food & beverage, housekeeping, maintenance and facilities.- Driving guest and member satisfaction through best-in-class service standards.- Overseeing a multi-outlet food & beverage operation, including restaurant services, events and catering activities.- Working closely with the Executive Chef to continuously enhance the culinary offering.- Developing operational procedures, service standards and quality assurance initiatives.- Collaborating closely with the CEO on strategic projects and business development initiatives.- Managing operational budgets and monitoring key performance indicators.- Building strong relationships with members, guests and key stakeholders.- Leading by example and fostering a culture of excellence,



engagement and continuous improvement.The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will bring a strong operational background within luxury hospitality environments and a proven ability to lead high-performing teams whilst maintaining exceptional service standards.
