About The RoleYou 'll be an early engineer at Aldren, working directly with the founding team to build AI that handles some of the most complex, high-stakes document workflows in pharma and biotech. You 'll own AI systems end to end, from retrieval architecture for structured and unstructured data to production evals, and have real influence over how the product takes shape.What you 'll doArchitect and build agentic systems that reason through complex, multi-step document workflowsDevelop retrieval infrastructure over long, structurally complex documents spanning thousands of pagesOwn the eval and trust layer — benchmarks, hallucination detection,
