This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, contribute to business performance, and support key financial reporting and operational initiatives.The OpportunityReporting to the CFO/Finance Manager, you will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, month-end close activities, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial analysis. You will partner with operational leaders across the business to provide financial insights that drive informed decision‑making and improve business performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate the monthly financial close processPrepare journals, accruals, prepayments and provisionsComplete balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variancesPrepare monthly management accounts and reporting packs for senior leadership and Group reportingDeliver insightful financial analysis, KPI reporting and variance commentarySupport budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activitiesAnalyse manufacturing costs, inventory movements, labour, material and overhead variancesAssist with inventory valuation,
