Who We Are

Role Purpose: To support the management of the commercial relationship with 1-2 of Vodafone Business International’s (VBI) large strategic accounts with combined TCV up to €25M pa. Responsible for ensuring VBI is delivering on all of its contractual obligations on these accounts, and for delivering incremental value for these customers and for VBI.

About This Role

Key responsibilities and decision ownership:

Responsible for execution of all of VBI’s commercial contractual obligations over the life of the contract

Seen by customer and VBI leadership as trusted advisor to key stakeholders.

Facilitation/Co-ordination of commercial contract governance boards (as required)

Support the production of internal executive briefings on commercial performance of managed accounts and implement recommendations to grow value in accounts and differentiate VBI from competition

Support senior stakeholders in case of potential or actual escalation (management briefings, presentation, costs analysis, options / recommendations)

Collaborate with relevant counterparts in Sales, Legal, Solution, and OpCos’ organisations to maximise profitability of the managed accounts

What You’ll Do

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

Excellent relationship builder, with the necessary personal impact to build credibility with customers, account and senior Sales managers

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, at a senior level with customers and internally

Experience of developing and negotiating compelling commercial propositions and/or managing complex telco/outsource contracts

Demonstrable knowledge of Commercial Contractual issues and their impact

Skilled in using Microsoft 365 and AI to create personal tools and collaborate on team tool development

Comfortable working in a fast paced environment and delivering to customer goals
