The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the team of Maintenance shift Team-leaders, ensuring that preventive and
corrective maintenance interventions are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with the company's quality standards.
The team-leader will report to the Maintenance Manager of plant all information about relevant breakdowns and planned tasks as well as opportunity of improvements detected.

• Supervise and take part on relevant mechanical and electrical maintenance activities related to manufacturing process equipment.
• Supervise planned tasks and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate the maintenance shifts, ensuring the correct work and safety procedures, as well as scheduling planned tasks and improvements.
• Coordinate the overall quality of the work team and demonstrate an understanding of quality standards and procedures.




• Foster a collaborative work environment by leading in problem-solving within the team and across functional areas.
• Monitor and track maintenance performance, resource utilization, work order planning and completion.
• Report to the Maintenance Manager.

Minimum education: Technical Training in electromechanics or similar.
• At least 4 years of experience in industrial or automotive maintenance field.
• Experience working with industrial automation and robotics.
• Experience leading work teams.
• Basic knowledge on maintenance management (scheduling, resource utilization, work orders)
• English level.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
