Experteer Overview
In this role you advise Allianz Technology Spain on IT- and commercial-law matters, supporting management with business-oriented legal guidance.

You will draft and negotiate IT contracts and commercial agreements, while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and internal governance.

You will work with the global Allianz Technology Legal community and external counsel to manage risk in a cross-functional, international setting. A focus on AI-related regulation and evolving legislation will shape your work, offering a meaningful impact on the company’s technology strategy and operations.

• Provide business-oriented legal advice to all levels of management and staff
• Draft and negotiate IT contracts (software licenses, SaaS, outsourcing, technology partnerships) and commercial services agreements
• Monitor and address legal issues within the organization/branch
• Ensure compliance with regulatory legislation (NIS2, Dora, AI Act) and implement governance policies
• Develop and share legal risk mitigation measures




• Collaborate with the integral Allianz Technology Legal community to enhance practices
• Conduct trainings and oversee external legal counsel as needed
• Follow legislative processes nationally and internationally to guide implementation at Allianz Technology

Responsabilidades
• 2+ years experience as in-house attorney in international company or international law firm with focus on IT/commercial/contract law
• Admitted to bar in Spain
• Master in Spanish Law
• Excellent Spanish and English language skills
• Portuguese an advantage
• Strong negotiation and analytical abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
• Familiarity with AI technologies is a strong plus
