Experteer Overview
In this role you own onboarding readiness for new operating entities within Salesforce governance.

You will shape a working roadmap from evolving requirements, driving delivery with limited top-down guidance.

You’ll coordinate security and compliance prerequisites and align stakeholders across business and technical teams.

You enable a scalable, governed intake and change process, flag risks early, and hand over to steady-state operations.

This is a hands-on position for a proactive, autonomous professional who thrives in a complex, enterprise CRM program.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Build and maintain the onboarding roadmap for incoming operating entities and business units
• Translate business requirements into scalable solutions and perform fit-gap analysis as needed
• Coordinate scope, timelines, and readiness with stakeholders, including security and compliance prerequisites before go-live
• Apply structured intake and governance practices: scoping, prioritization, and change control
• Track dependencies and escalate risks to program leadership before blockers arise




• Partner with the platform service owner on governance and handover into steady-state operations

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst or Program/Project Manager on enterprise CRM platforms
• Working knowledge of Salesforce governance: security model, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules
• Experience with structured intake and change control in a compliance-sensitive environment
• Autonomous and self-directed with ability to own ambiguous scope
• Strong stakeholder management across business and technical teams
• Ready to start immediately
• Nice to have: Salesforce certifications (Business Analyst, Administrator, or Cloud Consultant); Insurance or financial services experience; Multi-entity, multi-country rollout experience
• Familiarity with AI technologies and GenAI platforms is a strong advantage
